Our products are food, not medicine. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If your child has a health condition or allergies, please speak to a healthcare professional before use.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Nutrithrive Sdn. Bhd. ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. If you buy through Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop, that platform's terms also apply to the purchase itself.
2. Our products
Both products are food products suitable for children aged 2 and above, made in Malaysia in a FDA, GMP, HACCP and Halal-certified facility. Always follow the serving suggestion on the pack. Product images are of real packaging, but small variations between batches can occur. Keep out of reach of children – a grown-up should serve them.
3. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was clearly listed in error, or we cannot verify payment - if so, you are refunded in full. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; we never see your card or banking details.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable Malaysian taxes. Delivery fees, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. For Singapore orders, any import charges at delivery are your responsibility. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order you have already placed.
5. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery timelines, the free-shipping threshold and our returns rules are set out on the Shipping & returns page, which forms part of these terms. In short: unopened products can be returned within 14 days, and damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded when reported within 48 hours with a photo.
6. Upin & Ipin and intellectual property
Upin & Ipin characters and artwork are © Les' Copaque Production Sdn. Bhd. and used under licence. The Nutrithrive name, logo and all site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reuse or resell any of it without written permission - sharing links to the site is always welcome.
7. Using the site fairly
Please do not misuse the site: no attempting to break or overload it, no scraping, no placing fraudulent orders, and no buying stock for unauthorised resale. We may cancel orders and refuse service where we reasonably suspect misuse.
8. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms removes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) or, for Singapore customers, your local consumer law. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and Malaysian courts have jurisdiction. If we update these terms, the new version applies from the date shown at the top. Questions? We are a small team and happy to explain anything – reach us via the contact page.
