How and where we deliver, and what happens if something is not right.
Shipping
Free over RM 100
Orders over RM100 ship free within Malaysia. Below that, a flat delivery fee is shown at checkout.
We ship worldwide
Nationwide across Malaysia and to the rest of the world. International delivery fees are calculated at checkout; any import charges at delivery are the recipient's responsibility.
Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery is typically 3-5 working days within Malaysia and 7-14 working days for international orders.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we email a tracking link. You can follow it from dispatch to your door. If tracking has not updated in a couple of days, message us and we will chase it for you.
Order changes
Need to change an address or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually help before an order is dispatched - after that, it follows the returns steps below.
Returns
These are food products, so a few sensible rules keep everyone safe. Here is exactly how it works.

Unopened, within 14 days
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you.

Opened packs
For food-safety reasons we cannot accept opened food products unless the item was faulty or damaged on arrival.
