The products
What are the two products?
The Upin & Ipin Berry Mix Chewable Candy (soft berry chews, RM170 per box of 250 chews) and the Multivit + Lysine Syrup (tear-and-pour orange sachets, RM20 per box of 5 sachets).
What age are they suitable for?
Ages 2 and above for both products. For children under 2, please speak to your paediatrician first.
How does my child take them?
Berry chews: 2 chews per serving. Multivit syrup: tear and pour one 15ml sachet per serving. Once a day for either.
Which one should I choose?
The chews feel like a treat and are great value per serving; the syrup is mess-free and the lowest-cost way to try the range. Many parents keep both on hand.
Is the Upin & Ipin artwork official?
Yes - the characters are licensed from Les’ Copaque Production Sdn. Bhd., the studio behind Upin & Ipin.
Safety & ingredients
Is this medicine?
No. Both products are classified as food products, not medicines, and carry no MAL number. They are a tasty daily vitamin kids enjoy - not a treatment for any condition.
Is this just sweets or sugary syrup?
They are daily vitamins made in a flavour kids will take. We list every ingredient and the full nutrition panel on each pack, so there are no surprises - including that each 15ml Multivit sachet contains 14g of sugar.
Are they Halal?
The Upin Ipin Berry Mix Chewable Candy and Multivit + Lysine syrup are Halal-certified (MS 1500), marked on the pack.
Where are they made?
Made in Malaysia by BSR International Sdn. Bhd. in a FDA, GMP and HACCP facility, and distributed by Nutrithrive Sdn. Bhd.
How much sugar is inside?
We print the full nutrition panel on every pack. The berry chews are maltitol-based; each 15ml syrup sachet contains 14g of sugar. We would rather tell you plainly than have you find out later.
Ordering & delivery
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping applies at checkout, and orders over RM100 ship free within Malaysia.
Where do you deliver?
We ship worldwide for orders placed through our webstore.
Orders placed via Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop are currently available for delivery within Malaysia and Singapore only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3 - 5 business days, depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent to you within 24 hours of your purchase, allowing you to monitor your parcel and view the estimated delivery date. You’ll receive continuous updates throughout the delivery process for complete peace of mind.
Can I return an order?
Unopened products can be returned within the window set out on our Shipping & Returns page. For food-safety reasons we cannot accept opened packs unless the item arrived damaged.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If anything looks wrong, contact us and we will sort it out.
